If you are obtaining the software as defined below on behalf of a company, you represent that you are duly authorized to represent the company and accept the terms and conditions of the agreement on behalf of the company. A binding contract is then formed between PROVIDER and the company in accordance with the terms of this agreement. You personally agree not to commit or encourage any violation of our agreement with the company.
All right, title and interest including, but not limited to, copyright and other intellectual property rights in and to the software are owned by PROVIDER, which retains all rights not expressly granted herein.
You may not redistribute, sell, recompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the software. The software, including any modified or customized versions, cannot be resold or redistributed without explicit written permission from PROVIDER. PROVIDER reserves the right to refuse permission to use this software product to any individual or company for any reason, and may do so without notice.
Each copy of the software must have its own (separate) license. You are not permitted to make copies of the software without first purchasing the appropriate additional licenses. The licenses do not grant any reseller privileges.
To the extent allowed by local law, this software is provided to you “as is” without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether oral or written, express or implied. PROVIDER specifically disclaims any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, non-infringement and fitness for a particular purpose.
Software cannot be returned for a refund unless it proves to have errors or bugs which makes it unusable. Should you experience a problem with any purchased software, PROVIDER offers support services to assist with any technical issues. There are no refunds on installation services or any software that has been installed, downloaded, or emailed to you. However, when errors or bugs occur and the support team is unable to help, a refund is issued the next business day.
30 DAYS MONEY BACK GUARANTEE if the products is not doing exactly what is written in its technical specification and the support team was not able to solve all issue on the customer website/server. Full access to the customer system is required. There is no refund in any circumstances is the customer refuse to provide provided full access to its system in order to allow PROVIDER support team to fix issues. Fees may apply based on the job complexity. In this case the customer will never ask for any compensation.
You must make every attempt to safeguard your data and other files during installation, when upgrading, or when installing an update. PROVIDER does not assume responsibility for loss of data or any other losses that result from installation, upgrading, or updating of the software. Hard disks (including but not limited to all data or files related to PROVIDER) should be backed up on a regular basis and should always be backed up before you begin any installation tasks.
PROVIDER takes full responsibility of a client’s personal information protection. PROVIDER doesn’t sell and doesn’t give any private information to third parties. The only reason for using your information is connected with the trouble-shooting process.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
PROVIDER neither assumes nor accepts any liability for any loss, damage, theft, misuse, malfunction, etc. of your hardware or data or anything else that you may own regardless of the cause or reason for any such misfortune. PROVIDER, it’s officers, and employees will not be liable for lost profits, loss of business or other consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party . These policies, terms, and conditions may be subject to change without notice.
You gain download access to the files you purchased as soon as the payment has been confirmed. In specific circumstances it may be a delay of maximum 24 hours. If the payment is done via credit card then you as a customer may be asked to send to the PROVIDER one of more documents to prof your identity.
